Payments Accepted: Cash, Personal Check (10 business days prior to event with valid driver’s license or other state or federally issued photo I.D. Gift Certificates: Take the guesswork out of gift giving! Lowell Memorial Auditorium gift certificates are the perfect gift. Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and are valid on ticket purchases only. Will Call: Will Call is available for pick up two hours prior to the start of an event. Customer must present order confirmation, the actual credit card that was used to place the order and a state or federally issued photo I.D. Will Call tickets will only be issued to the person whose name appears on the order. If you need to add an alternate pick up name, please call the Box Office at (978) 454-2299.
Accessible Seating: Wheelchair accessible seating is located in Parquet Sections A and K. In an attempt to accommodate as many patrons as possible, we limit each order to one companion seat per accessible seat required. Please call the Box Office at (978) 454-2299 to order accessible seating.
Children Policy: For children’s shows (i.e. Sesame Street Live, Super WHY! Live): Any child who has had his first birthday requires a ticket to enter the auditorium. Children under the age of 1 do not need a ticket to enter the auditorium as long as they are sitting on a lap. For all other events, any child 2 years or older needs a ticket to enter the auditorium. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket to enter the auditorium as long as they are sitting on a lap.
