The ideal candidate has past experience with high-volume concessions, restaurant, catering, and/or food and beverage experience. Other qualities and qualifications are as follows:

Strong presence on the floor during events

Computer knowledgeable.

Knowledge of POS systems

Previous cash handling experience.

Previous experience scheduling staff.

Previous experience ordering/receiving Food & Beverage products.

Knowledge of inventory controls.

Strong Bar/Beverage experience.

Ability to lift upwards to 50lb’s.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Basic knowledge of concession equipment.

Ability to think outside the box and make quick decisions.

Opening & Closing duties as assigned.
