The Lowell Memorial Auditorium is an indoor facility located in downtown Lowell, Massachusetts on Merrimack Street. An ideal venue for concerts, family shows, conferences, conventions, trade shows, corporate seminars and much more. The 2,800 seat venue was constructed in 1922 by the architectural firm of Blackall, Clapp & Whittemore. Make the Lowell Memorial Auditorium the home for a concert, musical, wedding, corporate event, recital, trade show, or fundraising gala! The Lowell Memorial Auditorium’s unique design allows its main floor to be set up in theatre-style seating, or with up to 50 round tables of 10, or 90 trade show booths, making the auditorium the perfect location for any type of event. Our flexible wedding/dinner event set ups allow us to accommodate from 100 to up to 500 guests for dinner and dancing. The Lowell Memorial Auditorium is the perfect venue for concerts, theatre, non-profit and corporate events, weddings and more.

THE OAKS ROOM

The Oaks Room is a small lounge for intimate gatherings complete with a piano, lounge seating, and a small bar set up, which we are excited to offer as a space for rent before ticketed shows. Comfortably serving 20 people at a time and located on the second floor near Balcony Section D Seating, this lounge is great for preshow parties and get-togethers!
The room includes a piano and plenty of seating, lounge couches, and tabling. There is a small bar set up available, plenty of counter space, and windows looking out across East Merrimack Street. Ask us about catering or delivery options, or bring your own food and drinks and cater your own event the way you want it! This room is also located near a concessions stand for quick food and beverage options.
Included in the event fee are the following amenities: One Lounge Couch, Flexible High Top and Seating Options, Juke Box Speaker w/BlueTooth connectivity, a small area to hang coats, and plenty of power outlets for you to utilize. Conveniently located near balcony seating, concessions stand, and restrooms. Please let our staff know if you would like the temperature adjusted, and we will be more than happy to accommodate! We invite you to come to the Auditorium early, making the transition from party time to show time simple and easy. We do ask for the room to be emptied by the end of the show, and for any trash to be disposed of as much as possible.
Please note that we can only offer the Oaks Room experience to one party per show, so we encourage you to contact us early with your rental request!
